Dakota Sizer is a great program for the price. The program will reformat, resize, change colors in a design, center the design in a hoop, combine designs, print a template, rotate, mirror, and set up colors
to reflect your thread type and all for $99.00. The only thing missing was a hoop size, but the program will refuse to write if you resize too large for your format. You can browse the designs one at a time. For the price it was a terrific value. Here is a quick demo!

With The Dakota Sizer you can resize any design up or down and the program will reconfigure your stitch count.

Here we have resized this Janome design and mirrored it, turned on the realistic view and the 1/2" grid.

You can change colors and also reference colors by manufactor.

You can look at all the design properties and stitch count. You can also rotate and resize in this screen.

You can insert other designs in the original design. Resize one or both. You can also rearrange the sewing order of the designs.

The program will save in almost any format.

Dakota Sizer and melco sizer are one in the same. The program is only $99.00 and has an excellent screen cam tutorial. You will need windows 98 or above and the CD of this program to run the software.
