We discovered in PSW 2.0 class this week that making a scrap
book page can be quite easy. Start by opening a new page and placing a
large hoop image on the page to gage size. Use the paint portion of your
program to draw the frame. make sure you put a hole in the middle of the
frame image.
To fill the image with an appliqué stitch go to home, click
on complex fill and Magic wand. Next click on the image and you will right
click to finish, pick stitch parameters and appliqué.
An appliqué is than formed. To see the fabric layer use the
realistic viewer.
You can create lots of frames for scrap booking using the
free built-in designs. They are easy to resize and position. Next add
lettering to finish the page. The possibilities are endless.
