Lessons on The PSW 2.0
| To make your textures and laces we use the frame icon.

| Zoom in to see the frame.

Starting
at the center and using the line method to digitize, form the cross
pattern. Work down diagonally and
retrace to the center. Click to the opposite corner and back to the center
than up to the opposite corner to
form the top cross. Make sure you finish at the right center line.

| "Save as" in the cdl file of the PSW for the lace
effect. Save both the image and the PSW design.

To
digitize a design using the fill we went to the paint program found using
the paint bucket icon. Make
sure you have the hoop image in place to help size the image.
| We used circle image maker and pulled it into an oval.

Go
back to the home screen and choose the complex fill icon. Click the image
and then right click and
look at the parameters.

| Choose special stitch motif stitch type and scroll till you
find the cross design.

| Finish and the cross pattern fills the area.

| We next choose a border using the column stitch. Using the
magic wand you can right click the edge of the image.

| Place a stop and then type an S and use it as a flourish in
the Diana font.

| Stretch rotate and shew the S to fit.

| Place a stop and than select the S, copy and paste the new
S

| Rotate and position the new letter.

| Place a stop and select, copy and paste the double S design
to the other side.

Once
the setting is done, place a stop and type the initial you wish to
monogram. You can use a winged
needle
to embroider the oval background. This concludes our lace fill
demonstration.
