Amazing Designs workshop July 2005 with Madra PraterThe class enjoyed a 2 day seminar on making the geisha wall hanging. Using "Smart Sizer platinum", Madra showed how to do combination embroidery and resize and recolor for the right perspective. "Click N' Stitch Extra with applique' " and Fancy fills was used to do the geisha body. As you can see from the great wall quilt samples, Madra is extremely talented in her work with landscapes and multi-media. Take a look at the bunny quilt. The lettering was all done in "Lettering Pro". The students all voted for a return.
