Janome Cloth Setter
| |||||||||||||||||||
| How to use the Janome Cloth Setter!
The first step is to sew out a test pattern. This picture shows the test pattern on the Memory Craft 10000.
|
| Here we are using the 5700 to sew out the test pattern!
|
| Remove the hoop from the machine with the fabric still in the hoop
and clamp the hoop to the cloth setter!
|
| Use the screws on the cloth setter to align the red cross to the test
pattern and then tighten the screws to make the adjustment permanent. You
will need to check your cloth setter adjustment every time you start a new
project.

| Next use your template print out you made in the Customizer Easy
edit to mark your fabric.

| Next place the hoop in the cloth setter and start with the marking #1.
Align the marks using the cloth setter and make sure the direction of the
marking follows the arrow on the cloth setter.
|
| Un clip and transfer the fabric and hoop to the machine and clip
in place. Indicate pattern #1 in your machine and sew it out.
